WFM Boomi integration - (UKG Pro/ Kronos) -Manager

- Develop UKG Pro WFM integration architecture, including end-to-end design with API-led patterns, event-driven frameworks using Boomi.
- Recommend best practices for implementing, managing, and governing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
- Perform risk assessments, identify platform compatibility issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage code reviews to ensure compliance with quality, security, and platform standards.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables, dependencies, and risk considerations.
- Participate in full lifecycle activities and ensure the integration aligns with business requirements.
- Serve as SME and advise the project delivery team during integration Build/Test activities.
- Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management.
- Manage engagement risks, project economics, escalations, and ensure effective planning and budgeting.
- Focus on delivering on client expectations while identifying opportunities to expand engagement value.
- Contribute to firm growth by delivering engagements, leading client sessions, offering subject-matter expertise, supporting sales/business development, and shaping expansion opportunities.
- Manage and grow payroll consulting and WFM services capability; build relationships with global practices and achieve metrics around productivity, utilization, headcount growth, and penetration.
- Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, methodologies, and frameworks to strengthen payroll consulting and WFM offerings.
- Act as counsellor and coach set goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster continuous learning and development.

- 12 - 16 years of experience
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience with solid understanding of UKG Pro Workforce management solution processes.
- Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of time & attendance, work force management transformation and shared services advisory.
- Experience in team management; providing advice and guidance on client projects related with Workforce management processes and systems
- Boomi Professional Developer Certification/Badge.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, WIM and SQL.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting or JavaScript within Boomi is highly desired.
- Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global payroll client challenges
- Led Work Force Management project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively
- Designed payroll delivery options (consolidation of multiple payrolls, vendor advisory, shared service centre development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and payroll transition management
- Supported other regions in client pursuit activities in the payroll and WFM space by developing proposals and presentations
- Ability to review current processes to identify key metrics to evaluate operational performance compared to internal performance objectives and Payroll industry leading practices benchmarks
- Facilitate and support the client in movement of the payroll delivery to a 3rd party outsource provider - developing a strong governance model to drive the vendor performance and delivery of services
- Project management experience
- Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
