- Deliver global Workday implementation and HR Transformation engagements as part of a distributed team, supporting end to end activities across requirements, design, configuration, testing, data validation, and deployment with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timelines.
- Act as a functional subject matter expert in Workday and HR process design, including business process frameworks, operating models, reporting, security, and HR systems, translating business requirements into scalable and compliant Workday solutions.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain effective communication with client stakeholders and global project teams, building trusted relationships, proactively managing risks and issues, and ensuring a positive client experience with strong feedback.
- Support change management and adoption by providing functional guidance, documentation, and implementation insights to enable smooth transition to Workday and new HR processes across client organizations.
- Contribute to practice development through creation of thought leadership, delivery collateral, accelerators, and HR Transformation tools, while mentoring junior team members and supporting internal capability building initiatives.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

- Conduct Workday system assessments, identify gaps, risks, process issues, and enhancement opportunities.
- Provide advisory and solution recommendations to clients on Workday design, configuration options, and best leading practices.
- Support implementation teams by reviewing design documents, validating configurations, and advising on fit gap analysis.
- Guide clients through release management, helping them understand new features, impacts, and adoption strategies.
- Conduct functional impact assessments for changes, enhancements, and new modules.
- Create and review functional documentation: BP flows, functional specs, configuration guides, RICEFW requirements (if applicable).
- Provide advisory support for:
- Organizational structure
- Compensation design
- Absence/Time processes
- Core HCM data models
- Talent & Performance flows
- Partner with HR, payroll, business, and technical teams to ensure alignment and solution quality.
- Provide UAT support: test planning, scenario design, issue triage, and resolution guidance.
- Offer post production advisory for stabilization, optimization, and ongoing support.
- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources specifically for Workday Implementation (India or abroad).
- Workday Certification (single or multiple modules)
- Preferred work experience / exposure 5-8 years of experience in HR consulting domain with master's degree in HR or full time MBA and work experience / exposure to HR transformation programs as part of a global distributed team.
- Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of HR transformation such as HR Process Design, HR Operating Model, and HR Technology and Managed services.
