In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining the digital "pipes" that connect Oracle Fusion Cloud with our internal and external applications using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a foundational developer to grow their skills in API-led connectivity and cloud ERP systems under the mentorship of senior architects.Key Responsibilities● Development Support: Assist in building simple to mid-level integrations using MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio) and DataWeave 2.0 for data mapping.● Oracle Fusion Basics: Work with BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) to extract data and use FBDI/HDL templates for data loading.● API Maintenance: Support the lifecycle of existing APIs in API Manager, including basic documentation and versioning.● Testing & QA: Perform unit testing using MUnit and assist in integration testing (SIT) to ensure data accuracy between systems.● Monitoring: Regularly check MuleSoft CloudHub logs and Oracle Fusion ESS Job statuses to identify and report interface failures.● Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including mapping sheets and basic sequence diagrams.Technical QualificationsCategory Requirements
MuleSoft -Basic understanding of Mule 4, flows, and core connectors (HTTP, Database, File).
Oracle Fusion - Foundational knowledge of Oracle Cloud navigation and basic reporting (BIP/OTBI). Data Formats Comfort working with JSON and XML structures.
SQL -Ability to write basic SQL queries to verify data in staging tables or databases.
Tools- Familiarity with Postman or SoapUI for testing web services.
Preferred Skills● Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) or a desire to achieve it within 6 months.● Problem-Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting and a "hunger to learn" new cloud technologies.● Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
