Sales and Sales Process Management:- Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Analyzing the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives- Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Services.- When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.- Attending Enquiry calls- Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls- Calling the clients and ask for their requirements.- Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related activities.Account Management:- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.- Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.- Identifying new clients and managing interaction over the phone and introducing our company.- Updating the existing clients with upcoming new offerings.- Consultation with existing clients to meet their specific needs and requirements.- Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new offerings.- Organizing marketing activities in your accounts.- Maintaining customer relationship by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasionsIdeal Candidate:- Strong Partner Sales (Cloud / Enterprise Ecosystem) - (Total Experience): Must have 1+years of B2B sales experience in Cloud / IT Services OR partner/enterprise solution sales exposure within BFSI, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical sectors- (Experience 1 - Partner / Channel Sales): Must have experience working with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, or strategic alliances- (Experience 2 - Partner-Led Deal Execution): Must have supported or driven partner-led sales cycles, including requirement alignment, proposal coordination, and deal closure- (Communication & Stakeholder Management): Must be able to coordinate across partners, internal teams, and end customers effectively- Mandatory (Education Background): Must have a technical or IT-oriented education background -BE / BSc IT / MSc IT is mandatory- Preferred (Experience - Account & Relationship Management): Have managed partner or enterprise accounts, maintaining long-term relationships and driving repeat business (ref:updazz.com)
