Studio Carbon, a premier design studio, is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Lead with 8+ years of experience, ideally within the design industry. We're seeking a proactive and experienced individual to drive our sales strategy, secure high-value design projects, and expand our client base globally. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to close deals in the premium design services space.What youll doSales Strategy: Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy aligned with Studio Carbon's premium positioning.Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients in Deeptech, Healthcare, Robotics, and related sectors.Lead Generation: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of potential clients through networking, partnerships, and outreach.Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.Market Expansion: Explore opportunities in new markets (including international markets) and align offerings to client expectations.Sales Process Optimization: Define and implement clear sales processes, tracking progress and optimizing for efficiency.Revenue Growth: Deliver consistent revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.What makes you a good fit- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles, preferably in design, creative agencies, consulting, or technology sectors.- Proven track record of securing high-value projects and working with premium clients.- Strong understanding of the design industry and client expectations for premium services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable results.- You have stories of selling stuff to people (this could even be concert tickets, sportscards, or something you made)- Network in Deeptech, Healthcare, Robotics, or related industries is a plus.If this opportunity interests you and you wish to become one of the Carbons, drop in your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role at careers@studiocarbon.in/https://carbon.fillout.com/application
