The HR Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all human resource functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace.📌 Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.Ensure legal compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory regulations.Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.Handle performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and employee evaluations.Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee productivity.Foster a positive working environment by managing employee relations and resolving grievances.Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and organizational charts.Supervise the HR team and provide guidance to junior HR staff.Coordinate internal communication, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.MBA/PGDM in HRM or equivalent is highly preferred.🧠Required Skills:In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR processes, and complianceStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systemsAbility to manage a team and coordinate across departmentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsJOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/CONTACT DETAILS - Name - NAMRATA Number - 9109999660 Mail id - namrata@vinayakjob.com
