✔️ Full-cycle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
✔️ Site HR Operations & Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, CLRA, BOCW, etc.)
✔️ Labour Laws, Audits & Government Liaison
✔️ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
✔️ HR Policy Implementation & Legal Documentation
✔️ Team Leadership & Strategic HR Planning✅ Desired Profile:
▪️ 8–12 years of relevant HR experience in the construction/infra sector
▪️ Strong command over HR compliances, legal functions, and team handling
▪️ Excellent communication skills in English
