Plan and control material flow, production schedules and inventory to ensure seamless
operations of all injectable lines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MRP schedules for APIs, excipients and packaging
components
Coordinate purchase orders, expediting and vendor follow-ups to meet production
timelines
Track material consumption, buffer stocks and lead times; trigger reorders proactively
Liaise with Production, Quality and Stores to resolve supply-chain bottlenecks
Generate daily/weekly reports on production plans vs. actuals and inventory status
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
≥ 5 years in PPIC within sterile injectable/pharmaceutical manufacturing
Mandatory: Experience with liquid ampoule, vial & lyophilized product PPIC
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
