Oversee receipt, storage, issue and custody of all raw materials, packing materials and finished goods for injectable production.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inward inspection, material identification, labelling and storage as per storage conditions
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP/bin cards) and conduct periodic physical audits
- Manage material issue to production lines based on PPIC schedules
- Implement FIFO/FEFO principles; monitor shelf-life and expiry management
- Enforce warehouse safety, housekeeping (5S) and security protocols
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Materials Management or Logistics
- ≥ 5 years in pharmaceutical warehouse/store management, with sterile injectable exposure
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with liquid ampoule, vial & lyophilized product storage
- Strong organizational and team-management abilities
