- Prepare and maintain MRP schedules for APIs, excipients and packaging components.
- Coordinate purchase orders, expediting and vendor follow-ups to meet production timelines.
- Track material consumption, buffer stocks and lead times; trigger reorders proactively.
- Liaise with Production, Quality and Stores to resolve supply-chain bottlenecks.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on production plans vs. actuals and inventory status.
- Mandatory: Proven experience on liquid ampoule, liquid vial & lyophilized vial lines.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic with strong attention to detail.
