- Supervise inward inspection, material identification, labelling and storage as per storage conditions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP/bin cards) and conduct periodic physical audits.
- Manage material issue to production lines based on PPIC schedules.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO principles; monitor shelf-life and expiry management.
- Enforce warehouse safety, housekeeping (5S) and security protocols.
- Mandatory: Proven experience on liquid ampoule, liquid vial & lyophilized vial lines.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
