- Advise & Influence: Act as a strategic partner to project and business unit teams, guiding demand planning strategies that align with Shell’s commercial and operational goals.
- Translate Demand into Action: Collect and validate demand signals, converting them into actionable insights using Shell’s global demand planning platform.
- Shape Supply Strategy: Collaborate across Shell’s supply chain ecosystem to co-create supply strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Build and maintain planning models and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform to support real-time decision-making.
- Drive Governance & Integrity: Ensure demand data is accurate, complete, and governed by robust processes.
- Champion Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize demand planning processes, contributing to Shell’s digital transformation.
- Connect Globally: Work across Shell’s diverse, multi-cultural technical and commercial communities to ensure transparent and effective communication.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or consulting — ideally within energy, oil & gas, or other complex industries.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, especially in technical environments.
- A consulting mindset — you’re comfortable diagnosing challenges, recommending solutions, and guiding adoption.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a global mindset.
