We operate in supply-rich locations like India, Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Canada, and Southeast Asia.As an Executive Search Consultant, youll drive leadership hiring by combining talent intelligence, executive research, and strategic search capabilities. Youll support C-level and senior hiring across industries, while working closely with consultants and senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and talent mapping for CXO and senior leadership roles
  • Build and manage pipelines of high-caliber executive talent
  • Conduct market intelligence, org mapping, and compensation benchmarking
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and executive candidates
  • Attend industry forums and gather on-ground market insights
  • Support search strategy and leadership engagement initiatives
What we are looking for:
  • 610 years in executive search, talent research, or market intelligence
  • Experience hiring for leadership roles in large or matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter,mapping tools,and compensation benchmarking
  • Prior experience in a search firm or internal leadership hiring team preferred
  • MBA or equivalent HR/business qualification is a plus
