The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and attraction strategies. Ability to analyze and utilize data to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience. Proficient in using HR technology and tools to streamline operational efficiencies in recruitment. Experienced in consulting with stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals. Strong understanding of market trends and workforce needs to effectively identify talent gaps.

Qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Business Administration
  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • Talent Acquisition (3+ years)
