- Campus Hiring & Employer Branding: Own annual campus intake targets, build strategic partnerships with premier institutes, and manage end-to-end campus recruitment cycles including internships and pre-placement offers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR teams, providing hiring insights, manpower planning inputs, and regular progress updates.
- Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Drive a seamless candidate journey, implement process improvements, leverage ATS and analytics, and ensure compliance and governance across recruitment processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, allocate mandates effectively, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or diversified business environments preferred.
- Graduate with MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience in bulk hiring, employer branding initiatives, ATS usage, and recruitment analytics.
- Direct engagement with senior leadership in shaping long-term talent strategy.
