a candidate based out of Mumbai with prior experience in retail store hiring
for Maharashtra & West region.Will include
travel to stores & office whenever requiredKey Deliverables
(Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):·
Sourcing and managing a consistent and
high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery·
Proactive sourcing of candidates for retail
using different sourcing channels like headhunting, campuses, social media etc.·
Working with Talent Acquisition Head to
understand current and forward projected manpower requirements·
Screening resumes, conducting initial screening
and run end to end assessment centres·
Responsible for issuing offers and negotiations
  • Issue of appointment letter and complete joining formalities
·
Liaise with L&D team to ensure smooth
on-boarding·
Responsible for handling Talent Acquisition
dashboard & budgets·
Managing recruitment vendors base·
Maintain and track average cost per hire and
