Job Title:Sr. ManagerFunction:HRLocation:SUN HOUSE, MUMBAISub-function:FIELD HRJob SummaryTalent Acquisition Manager for Pan India - Field Employees across all divisions (Sales Force Of approx. 17000) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building a strong employer brand, driving campus hiring initiatives, and supporting employee engagement and talent development programs. The role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent aligned with business needs.Areas Of ResponsibilityTalent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and networking.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate assessment processes. Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, source mix, pipeline).
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and future roles. Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring.
Talent Management:
  • Support during CPP process, conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate assessment processes at various locations.
Campus Hiring & Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute annual campus hiring strategy (B.Pharma, B.Sc., MBA, Diploma, and other institutes).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, TPOs, and placement committees.
  • Coordinate pre-placement talks, career fairs, assessments, and selection drives.
  • Design onboarding and induction programs for campus hires, interns, and trainees.
  • Manage internship programs, performance reviews.
  • Manage internal communication channels for engagement and organizational updates.
