- Proven experience in recruiting with up to six years in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong ability in candidate sourcing with proven methods and techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in recruiting with a focus on information technology and specifically cybersecurity roles (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding and experience in conducting and coordinating interviews effectively.
- Proficiency in offer negotiations to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships within the company.
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and communicate with candidates to ensure a successful hiring process.
- Develop and update job descriptions that align with company needs and industry standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process ensuring new hires are well-integrated and informed.
- Maintain and enhance recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Candidates having Experience of Hiring Sales / Backoffice / Technical Support would be preferred.
- Head Hunting experience would be added advantage.
- Candidate with education in HR would be preferred.
- Candidate having less then or 30 days notice period would be entertained for interview.
