1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Determining the most suitable recruitment channels for each role.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Interviewing & Selection:
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
4. Offer & Onboarding:
  • Extending job offers and managing the negotiation process.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensuring new employees are integrated into the company culture.
5. Other Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
  • Providing regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives.
  • Staying updated on labor legislation and recruitment trends.
