- Develop and implement a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses across departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical trainers and instructional designers.
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Stay updated with the latest in training technology and methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and benchmarking.
- Design, develop, and oversee technical training programs (beginner to advanced levels).
- Ensure effective onboarding and continuous learning for technical staff.
- Integrate e-learning, simulations, and hands-on training modules.
- 10+ years of experience in technical training or L&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
