Head Technical Training (APTRI) - Site

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses across departments.
Lead and mentor a team of technical trainers and instructional designers.
Monitor trainer performance and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
Stay updated with the latest in training technology and methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and benchmarking.
Design, develop, and oversee technical training programs (beginner to advanced levels).
Ensure effective onboarding and continuous learning for technical staff.
Integrate e-learning, simulations, and hands-on training modules.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in technical training or L&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
