- Establish frameworks and policies for training excellence, ensuring scalability, consistency, and measurable outcomes across diverse geographies.
- Champion innovation in teacher training by integrating global best practices, cutting-edge pedagogy, and emerging educational technologies
- Institutionalize blended and digital learning methodologies, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and impact.
- Establish a robust repository of training modules, frameworks, and best practices adaptable to varied school contexts.
- Drive R&D efforts to ensure training content is future-ready, incorporating NEP 2020, global pedagogical trends, and technology-led solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, academic councils, and external partners to create high-quality, impactful training content.
- Promote continuous improvement through pilot projects, innovation labs, and feedback-driven refinement.
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced assessment frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and learner progress.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to generate insights on educator performance, student outcomes, and institutional growth.
- Ensure training interventions are ROI-driven, measurable, and demonstrably linked to school improvement and learning outcomes.
- Lead a team of master trainers and regional training managers to deliver impactful, engaging, and consistent training experiences.
- Build strong relationships with school leadership, government bodies, boards, and external partners to align training with broader education policies.
- Oversee Pan-India training operations with frequent travel to monitor execution, provide leadership support, and ensure training consistency.
- Build systems for post-training support, mentoring, and long-term engagement with educators and leaders.
- M.Ed / B.Ed in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Progressive experience in training design, leadership, and management within the K12 or broader education ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in instructional design, capacity building, assessment strategies, and policy-aligned training frameworks.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and scale large training programs impacting thousands of educators across diverse geographies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital training platforms, learner analytics, and technology integration.
