What you'll doAs our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll contribute to an outstanding customer experience by driving service stability for critical technology services.Day to day, you’ll be:
  • Managing, prioritising and scheduling in-bound work requests and delegating these to your team
  • Supporting your team to achieve success through great people leadership, coaching and engagement
  • Maintaining platform stability, handling technical support requests, lead investigations and resolve incidents with proactive system monitoring and performance analysis. Driving continuous improvements
  • Providing SRE capability delivering robust production management, infrastructure and application support across the domain for technologies including Mobile like iOS and Android, Frontend like React and Backend (ava and Microservices
  • platform, domain and relevant cross-domain stakeholders to deliver improvements to our processes and procedures
  • Driving collaborative working practices by looking at the end-to-end flow across our services and customer journeys
The skills you'll needWe’re looking for an experienced service management specialist with experience in managing critical applications and services. Through this experience, you’ll have developed expertise in at least one service management discipline, which could be incident, problem, change, transition, configuration, capacity or availability management.You’ll also demonstrate:
  • A good technical understanding of platforms, products and domains
  • Familiarity with tools that enhance monitoring capabilities and drive automation
  • Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your colleagues
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
