- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of content strategists, visual designers, and content delivery specialists.
- Own workload planning, resource prioritization, and team capacity management to ensure efficient execution.
- Manage and continuously improve workflow processes, tools, and documentation to support scalable content delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Run status meetings, maintain the status documentation, and ensure visibility into project progress and blockers.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-dev handoff, including clear specs, asset delivery, and QA support.
- Serve as a bridge between creative, strategy, and technical teams, ensuring both visual fidelity and performance optimization.
- Drive accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery of digital content and experiences.
- Identify and implement innovations in workflow processes and tools to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Possess a Bachelors degree in in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or BE / B Tech or ME / M Tech, preferably in a technical or scientific field
- Experience in Team Leadership: Managed, mentored, coached and developed teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Experience in Resource Allocation, Capacity Planning & Resource utilization
- 12+ years experience in digital content operations, digital content strategy withing e Commerce, or marketing technology environments, including 5 years of leadership experience
- Excellent team coordination, workload planning, and prioritization skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, run status meetings, and maintain project documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between creative, strategy, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of web and mobile guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of design-to-development workflows, including asset handoff, spec documentation, and QA processes.
- Experience in Performance Management by providing regular performance feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.

- Previous retail, airline, or e-commerce design experience
- Experience building or scaling design operations (DesignOps) or content operations frameworks.
- Ability to define and track operational KPIs (e.g., throughput, velocity, quality metrics) to drive performance and accountability.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design/content tools (e.g., Figma plugins, generative content platforms) to boost team efficiency.
- Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies that improve delivery speed, quality, or personalization capabilities.
