- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex organization.
- Coach, and manage a strong team of engineers, setting the team’s goals, and mentoring them as they grow in their careers. Develop a strong bench of technical leaders for the next generation of AI/ML solutions. Advocate a culture of AI experimentation and drive the deployment of intelligent, automated solutions to reduce user friction and increase self-service efficiency.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. Oversee systems designs and review product or system development code to solve problems.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure standard procedures (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
