CMS (Cash Management Solutions): AI-powered finance automation solution streamlining financial operations.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in supply chain finance, understands customer pain points, and can translate business goals into scalable product solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build and deliver features.Prioritize requirements using data-driven insights, balancing customer needs with business impact.Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations.Build business cases for new features/products with clear ROI.Track product adoption, usage metrics, and continuously optimize user experience.Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in fintech.Requirements5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or supply chain finance platforms.Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms, or trade finance/TReDS (preferred).Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and successfully launching scalable products.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams is a plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity to build and scale impactful fintech products.Work with a dynamic team solving real-world business challenges.Growth-focused, collaborative work culture.Disclaimers:Work from the office 5 days a week.Additional InformationWhat you can expect apart from attractive compensation at KredX, apart from monetary benefits
