Drive end-to-end product engineering: architecture, design, development, delivery, and scaling.
Build and lead a high-performance engineering team from the ground up.
Design and architect scalable, secure, AI-integrated systems (LLMs, TTS/ASR, voice & video AI).
Partner with product, design, and leadership to shape roadmap and long-term technical vision.
Implement modern DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and agile practices.
Foster a high-ownership engineering culture centered on quality, speed, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
Deep expertise in Java/Spring, with additional experience in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Angular, or React.
Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and data pipelines.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, generative AI APIs, or ML components into production systems.
Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms.
Startup experience or a strong desire to work in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with voice/video processing or AI avatar technologies.
Built or scaled enterprise SaaS platforms (SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
Background in HRTech, recruitment tech, or conversational AI platforms.
