- 4–7 years of relevant experience in program management, technical delivery, or product integrations within fintech, banking, or SaaS.
- Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON structures, relational databases (SQL), and API testing tools (Postman, etc.).
- Proven expertise in program planning, execution tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Ability to write and review technical requirement documents, API specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, QA, and external partners.
- High ownership mindset with structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and risk management skills.
- Good written & verbal comms
- Should be good in customer communication and stakeholder management along with proven track record in Program goverance and
- Domain expertise in lending/fintech
- Vendor/partner mgmt.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Own and drive technical programs end-to-end — from requirement intake to partner go-live.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of partner integrations.
- Deeply understand FinBox’s API offerings, data flows, and product capabilities, and translate them into partner-ready solutions.
- Work with partners on API documentation, sandbox environments, credentials, configurations, and UAT planning.
- Create and maintain program plans, dashboards, and integration specifications, ensuring visibility across all stakeholders.
- Track execution rigorously — identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely delivery through structured follow-ups.
- Troubleshoot issues across UAT, staging, and production phases, coordinating with Dev, QA, and partner teams for resolution.
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and reusable playbooks to accelerate future integrations.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
