- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and market intelligence. Be the spark that starts our customer journey.
- Relationship Building: Develop deep connections with decision-makers in fleet, logistics, and mobility companies. Understand their pain points and become their trusted vehicle & energy advisor.
- Consultative Selling: Pitch our cutting-edge energy stack with clarity and impact. Tailor solutions that fit customer needs and demonstrate ROI.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and close high-value deals — all while delivering value at every step.
- Customer Success & Growth: Nurture existing accounts, unlock upsell opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in EVs, energy, and logistics — be the go-to person for competitive intelligence.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use data to improve — from pipeline health to deal velocity, share insights that drive better outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business etc, MBA is a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector, last mile logistics or energy sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of logistics, electric vehicles (advantageous).
