From the very first call to final deal closure, you’ll play a critical role in understanding business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and creating win-win proposals.You won't just pitch — you’ll understand, analyze, and collaborate to deliver high-converting pre-sales solutions that help clients trust and choose DBTech.📌 Roles and Responsibilities
Take ownership of initial client calls to understand project needs and objectives.
Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate client needs into actionable insights.
Create and present well-structured proposals, estimations, and solution documentation.
Work closely with the tech, design, and project teams to finalize scope and timelines.
Draft clear and professional business documents, including BRDs, SOWs, and RFQs.
Handle client communication with clarity and confidence via email, chat, or video calls.
Conduct effective negotiations based on business value and delivery feasibility.
Manage the client funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and moving leads toward closure.
Maintain accurate records of discussions, proposals, and progress using internal tools.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align client expectations and solution positioning.
