Territory: All of Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 1-2 years in industrial/technical/B2B sales
Salary: ₹25,000-30,000/month (as per experience & skills), can exceed as per the right candidate
Transport: Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatoryKey Responsibilities
- Generate sales and develop new business for Atlas Copco vacuum solutions in the assigned region.
- Meet industrial clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable vacuum solution proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales support, and customer relationships.
- Regular travel across MP for customer meetings, product demos, and site visits.
- Report competitor activities (Key competitors: Elgi Equipments, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, RSVAC, DUFFAU, FS-Curtis, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Schulz, General Air Products).
- Collect market and customer feedback to support product and process improvement.
- Mechanical/production engineering background (Diploma/B.E/Equivalent).
- 1-2 years sales experience with industrial products or vacuum/air solutions preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a bike and be ready for fieldwork.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.
