In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding prospective students through their educational journey, providing expert advice on course selection, and driving enrollment growth.Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct informative sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to showcase course offerings
- Drive student enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives
- Monitor enrollment trends and provide feedback to optimize conversion rates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within EdTech, education services, or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
