In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding prospective students through their educational journey, providing expert advice on course selection, and driving enrollment growth.Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Conduct informative sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to showcase course offerings
  • Drive student enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor enrollment trends and provide feedback to optimize conversion rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within EdTech, education services, or financial services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
