This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and delivering projects that align with the strategic goals of the airport's master plan. The role requires a strong focus on project management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:Strategic Project Planning & Execution:Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of select large-scale airport infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the airport's master plan and business objectives.Identify and implement innovative project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize project outcomes.Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.Develop and track key project performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.Project Delivery & Execution:Manage end-to-end execution of airport construction, expansion, and modernization projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities, to facilitate seamless project execution.Oversee risk management initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery.Ensure adherence to high-quality construction standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Financial & Resource Management:Prepare detailed project budgets, monitor ongoing costs, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
