Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development - Project Sales- Identify and target upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects in the assigned territory.- Generate project leads through market mapping, cold calling, and industry networking.- Drive specification and product approvals with architects, consultants, and project management companies.2. Client & Stakeholder Management- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders - builders, developers, contractors, plumbing consultants, architects, and interior designers.- Ensure product approvals and convert specifications into actual sales.3. Sales Closure & Revenue Achievement- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Convert identified project opportunities into confirmed orders.- Coordinate with channel partners for price negotiation and order execution.4. Cross-functional Coordination- Liaise with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Support, Service, and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.- Provide technical/product support to clients during installation and handover stages.5.
