Customers
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer
relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or networkingCoordinate sales efforts with team members and otherdepartmentsTrack sales activities, prepare reports, and maintain sales records
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and
competitorsResolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute
promotional activities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and
build relationshipsRequirementsLocation: Bangalore & ChennaiEducation Qualifications: 12th pass/GraduationsAge: up to 32 YearsYears of Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales banking or fintech
