- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff roles (technical and non-technical).
- Coordinate with placement agencies, online portals, and campus hiring.
- Conduct onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and morale-boosting programs.
- Support disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
- Ensure adherence to labor laws like ESI, PF, Factories Act, etc.
- Liaise with labor law consultants, government officials, and maintain statutory records.
- Assist in audits related to labor, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Payroll & Attendance
- Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll team for monthly salary inputs.
- Maintain accurate HRMIS and employee database.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs at the plant level.
- Coordinate with external/internal trainers for technical and soft skills training.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support
- Collaborate with HSE teams to ensure workplace safety.
- Conduct safety induction for workers and visitors.
- Knowledge of HR operations in manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Language: [English, Hindi, and local language preferred].
