- Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR rounds.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files) and ensure data accuracy in the HRMS.
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support performance management processes and employee appraisal cycles.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and legal HR compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Prepare HR-related reports, payroll, and dashboards as required.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software (e.g., HRMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
