- Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities while ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Managing the preparation of RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quote), and all necessary technical, financial, and project management aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation process.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Identifying potential risks in bids, quotations, estimates, and contract agreements, and participating in the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy.
- Collaborating with Supply Chain Management to identify potential vendors for project materials and evaluating supplier offers for compliance with specifications.
- You enjoy working with preparing bids/estimations in Process Automation, Process Safety, Substation Automation, PLCs, and across all market segments.
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in preparing bids/estimations in Process Automation.
- You are highly adept at understanding customer specifications/requirements and applicable IEC or ISA standards.
- You are passionate about interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- You have a diploma or engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication.
- You are proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
