- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services
- Need Assessment: Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Sales Targets: Achieving sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Solution Design: Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs,
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details and timely update on CRM portal.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (the extent of travel may vary based on the company's industry and location).
