- Shape APAC Strategy: Adapt global operating standards and GTM strategy to APAC markets (India, SEA, Japan, Korea, ANZ), ensuring regional alignment while leveraging support from Chief of Staff and RevOps teams.
- Drive Performance Visibility: Own the APAC Ads performance framework across revenue, advertiser growth, and supply, translating data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Establish Operating Cadence: Design and run regional operating rhythms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) to drive accountability, alignment, and execution across markets.
- Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to translate global priorities into effective regional execution.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive key regional programs including market expansion, segmentation, pricing, monetization, and competitive strategy.
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations within a high-growth technology environment
- Structured thinker and pragmatic executor - able to design a regional strategy and ensure it lands at the market level
- Analytically rigorous - proven ability to work with complex datasets, build business cases, and translate analysis into recommendations that senior leaders act on
- Effective without formal authority - drives alignment across cross-functional and global teams through the quality of thinking and communication, not organisational hierarchy
- Comfortable with complexity - able to synthesise competing market dynamics, stakeholder priorities, and global frameworks into clear, actionable direction
- Strong communicator - equally credible in executive forums and working-level discussions across diverse markets and functions
- Ad-tech or digital advertising experience is a strong advantage - familiarity with programmatic ecosystems, DSP/SSP dynamics, or agency and advertiser GTM models will accelerate impact in this role
- Experience in ad-tech / digital advertising ecosystem
- Prior experience in consulting (MBB), IB, or high-growth tech companies
- Exposure to APAC markets
