- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers supporting multiple components of the self-serve campaign platform.
- Define the overarching product vision, multi-year roadmap, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across the Retail Media Network.
- Translate company and business goals into a cohesive product strategy that drives platform adoption, revenue growth, and advertiser success.
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the self-serve campaign platform, aligning it with business objectives to accelerate growth of the Retail Media Network.
- Build a seamless self-serve experience across campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, forecasting, measurement, and reporting.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Commercialization, and Operations teams to build scalable, intuitive, and feature-rich tools that enable advertisers of all sizes to launch and optimize campaigns independently.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution and delivery of product releases.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership to present plans, progress, and impact, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform and evolve the product strategy.
- Drive experimentation, testing, and data analysis to continuously improve platform effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Support onboarding efforts and product adoption strategies to maximize platform usage and revenue growth.
- Work with analytics teams to define KPIs, measure success, and prioritize ongoing enhancements for the self-serve platform.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading PMs or owning multi-product portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling self-serve platforms that enable business growth.
- Proven success developing and communicating long-term product strategy and influencing cross-functionally at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product teams, develop talent, and create a high-performance culture.
- Strong understanding of ad tech components (e.g., campaign management, ad serving, measurement, optimization tools).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a comfort level presenting to executive leadership.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and customer insights to drive prioritization and platform performance
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media ecosystems.
- Familiarity with ad technology stacks, including DSPs, SSPs, and measurement tools.
- Prior success in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
