- Technology Manager with 1315 years of experience in enterprise-scale Mar Tech platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and AI / ML-powered data engineering.
- This leader will drive the technical strategy, delivery excellence, and operational maturity for next-generation marketing technologies, customer engagement platforms, and data-driven personalization capabilities.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of engineering depth, architectural thinking, people leadership, and hands-on experience building high-performance, highly distributed systems at global scale.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with hands-on engineering and architecture background.
- 10+ years leading high-performing engineering teams with proven DevOps and automation practices.
- Deep experience with enterprise-grade integration patterns: batch, APIs, streaming, messaging, ETL, service bus.
- Hands-on expertise in API platforms, microservices, Kafka, and distributed system design.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-throughput services with zero downtime.
- Proven ability to drive large cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders globally.
- Experience establishing Centers of Enablement, integration governance, and federated delivery models.
- Architect, build, and operationalize high-throughput, zero-downtime APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Lead MarTech platform capabilities including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and omni-channel engagement workflows.
- Design and optimize advanced data engineering pipelines in Snowflake, integrating AI / ML models for predictive analytics and automation.
- Apply strong data modelling principles to create scalable analytical and transactional data structures.
- Implement DevOps and MLOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, ML workflow automation, monitoring, and observability.
- Leverage Kafka, Apigee, microservices, and service bus patterns to build robust, loosely coupled integration architectures.
- Deliver actionable insights through digital analytics and Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, KPIs, dashboards, and attribution analysis.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance with 24/7 availability expectations.
- Drive incident-free operations through automation, observability, runbooks, and continuous feedback loops.
- Establish strong governance for API lifecycle, integration patterns, data quality, and model monitoring.
- Manage vendor relationships, budget planning, capability assessments, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Strong evangelist of Agile, DevOps, cloud-native, and modern engineering practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in integrations, cloud platforms, AI / ML, and automation.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Experience driving modernization initiatives and reducing legacy technology footprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic vision and detail-oriented execution.
