- Manage Creator Support AI tools and chat bot that supports millions of Creators across the world.
- Develop product outlook, strategy and road-map to improve the AI/Large Language Model (LLM) support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues.
- Work with creators, subject-matter-expert and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver product/support experiences on various Youtube surfaces.
- Partner with product teams across YouTube BizTech, and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences are well-aligned.
