- Strong command of programmatic platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and ability to work on other google products like Demand Gen etc:.
- Understanding of audience targeting, including familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMPs), audience segmentation etc:
- Ability to give insights on optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, driving CPM efficiencies
- Able to do campaign analysis and reporting, comfortable extracting actionable insights from dashboards and presenting recommendations.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including internal planning teams, and externally with publishers & client as needed to ensure seamless execution
- With 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications.
- An Innovative Approach: in use of media, exploration of new forms of media and communication.
- Understanding of brand and performance objectives.
- Strong business process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to question & challenge team at all levels with confidence, to arrive at a clear and unambiguous view of requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Meticulous process & execution management
- Proactiveness in address and escalate when needed, on any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Postgraduate is a plus.
- Agency experience is preferred.
