- Define product roadmaps for network intelligence, Customer Experience(CX) tools, and software services
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimize digital features (routing, payments, analytics)
- Leverage customer insights and data to improve user experience across e^pump and connected apps
- Manage cross-functional alignment across system engineering, software, and business teams
- Track KPIs (network reliability, CX satisfaction, uptime) and drive iterative improvements
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, network, or platform products (preferably in EV/energy tech) (2+ years on cloud network/IoT engineering, 3+ years on product management)
- Strong understanding of IoT platforms, digital services, or customer experience tools
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data pipeline and platforms, visualization and deployment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle – from strategy to launch
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills
