Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Supervise daily melting operations and ensure proper handling of furnace activities.
Prepare metal charge mix according to production requirements.
Monitor melting temperature, time, and alloy compositions to maintain desired quality.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of induction or cupola furnaces (as applicable).
Coordinate with quality, molding, and core shop departments for smooth workflow.
Supervise furnace loading, tapping, slag removal, and metal pouring operations.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Maintain shift-wise production and material consumption reports.
Train and guide furnace operators and helpers.
Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.Notes:
