Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress to meet production schedules.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of shop floor employees.
Monitor quality control checks and report defects or deviations.
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and logistics teams for operational support.
Train and guide workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
