- Interacts with peers and/or management (CXO levels) at a client and/or within Oracle
- Helping in defining Access Controls to check Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Helping in defining Transaction/Audit Controls to detect error/fraud/policy violations which may occur in different business process like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, etc.
- Supporting management in implementing Risk Assessment, Risk Evaluation, Risk Treatment, etc.
- Helping develop approach to implement Risk Monitoring and Reporting Strategies.
- Implement end-to-end Risk Management Cloud to develop Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients as part of the broader Digital Compliance Strategy
- Support development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
- Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation.
- Solid understanding of the Finance/HCM/SCM Functions, operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices.
- Working knowledge of Risk Management Cloud modules such as Advanced Access Control, Advanced Financial Control, Advanced Access Request, Access Certification and Financial Reporting Compliance.
- Working knowledge of Finance technologies, viz EBS R12 & Fusion modules like GL, AP, AR, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements.
- Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in commerce, Advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ACCA, ICWA, MBA is desirable.
- ERP technology implementation (Oracle)
- Experience with Finance technologies such as EBS R12 & Fusion
- Products Industry experience (Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients individually and as a member of an engagement team.
- Demonstrated leadership and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities.
- Initiative-taking and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding collaborative environment (both with clients and within the organization)
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.
