Job descriptionDesignation: Senior Manager WarehouseLocation: SanandDepartment: P2PJob Summary:Team Lead Warehouse operation. Handling Audit, MIS and Governance meeting with Client.Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehousing operations management
  • Ensuring timely processing of MB02 posting and manage relevant processes & people in Shifts as per Scope of Services document.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, managing shift schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Manage documentation as per laid down guidelines of Legal compliance and various audits
  • Drive continuous improvements through various kaizen to address issues and improve efficiency & effectivity
  • Capacity to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational failures and implement corrective actions.

  • Monitor and execute safety practices and its compliance

  • Resolve daily operational issues, such as system issues, any escalations (short / excess receipt), to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety (H&S) standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe handling of machinery like forklifts.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to liaise between internal departments and external partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP MM inwarding process will be an added advantage
  • Hands on experience in processing MB02 activity.
  • Knowledge of Legal, GST Compliances
  • Overall management and control on the inwarding of material as per the guidelines
  • Monitoring & Meeting WCQ, 5S, Safety standards
  • Required People Manager skills and high on intellect to do data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis

Designation: Senior Manager Plant Part DispatchLocation: SanandDepartment: O2CJob Summary:The Team Lead Plant Dispatch Invoicing is responsible for end-to-end management of dispatch invoicing operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant billing aligned with plant dispatch schedules across shifts. The role ensures business continuity, manpower planning, and control over invoicing processes in line with the transactional billing model.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise shift-wise invoicing resources (A/B/C shifts) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure timely GST invoice generation aligned with daily dispatch cut-offs and business volumes.
  • Monitor adherence to FIFO billing, invoicing TATs, and dispatch schedules.
  • Act as first-level escalation point for invoice discrepancies, SAP issues, and dispatch delays.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Plan and manage holiday, weekly off, and backup coverage to avoid business disruption.
  • Coordinate with plant dispatch, warehouse, logistics, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.

Designation: Senior Manager Part Dispatch Loading VerificationLocation: SanandDepartment: O2CJob Summary:The Team Lead Loading Verification & Dispatch Control is responsible for governing physical dispatch controls, including material counting, vehicle sealing, and pre-invoice checks, to prevent theft, pilferage, shortages, and transit discrepancies. The role ensures strict process adherence and loss-prevention controls across shifts before invoice handoverKey Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage loading verification and sealing officers across shifts.
  • Ensure 100% physical verification of materials/boxes as per loading slips and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure vehicle sealing is completed in presence and seal numbers are accurately recorded.
  • Enforce no-invoice handover before loading and sealing confirmation.
  • Act as escalation point for shortages, damages, seal mismatches, or suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, security, transporters, and dispatch teams to ensure controlled loading operations.
  • Ensure adherence to loss-prevention SOPs and dispatch control procedures.
  • Monitor compliance to material counting and dispatch TATs.
  • Manage manpower deployment, shift rotation, and backup coverage to ensure continuous supervision.
  • Review daily dispatch records, loading slips, seal logs, and exception reports.
  • Drive discipline, vigilance, and accountability within the team.
  • Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews related to dispatch controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen dispatch governance
