Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA - 14 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)1. Role Purpose (Why This Role Exists)To drive revenue growth and market expansion for ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems) and Warehouse Automation solutions across high-growth sectors, including Pharma, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, FMCG, and 3PL.This role directly contributes to:New client acquisitionStrategic account penetrationRevenue pipeline expansionBrand positioning in automation-led warehousing solutions2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Revenue & Sales GrowthIdentify and develop new business opportunities across assigned sectors.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for ASRS and warehouse automation solutions.Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → solution discussion → techno-commercial proposal → negotiation → closure.Achieve defined revenue and order booking targets.B. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementEngage with middle to senior leadership (Operations Heads, SCM Heads, Plant Heads, CXOs).Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and solution presentations.Understand client warehousing challenges and propose automation-driven solutions.Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities.C. Market Intelligence & StrategyTrack competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market developments.Identify emerging demand in Pharma, FMCG, 3PL, Chemicals, and F&B sectors.Provide structured feedback to the management team for product positioning and strategy refinement.D. Coordination & Solution SellingCollaborate with technical, design, and engineering teams to create customized proposals.Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial bids.Support project handover post-order confirmation.3. Candidate ProfileRequired Experience3–5 years of B2B sales experience.Prior exposure to Industrial Automation / Material Handling / Warehouse Solutions / Capital Equipment sales preferred.Experience selling into Pharma, FMCG, Chemicals, F&B, or 3PL sectors is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong consultative selling capability.Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.Techno-commercial understanding of industrial solutions.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.High travel readiness across India.Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred.MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an advantage.4.
